How to use:
(1) Adjust the velcro within the belt to an appropriate position
(2) Affix the elastic band to the position of the uterus, adjust the tightness
(3) Then affix the other elastic tape to the position above the lower abdomen, adjust the tightness as done previously
(4) Adjust the uncomfortable parts
(5) The same steps apply to the other side
